Social Security Benefits
Have You Been Denied Disability Benefits?
If your Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) application was denied, you are not alone. On average, the Social Security Administration (SSA) denies more than 70 percent of initial disability claims. Yet, there is hope. A denied claim is not the end of your case.
At the Law Office of Remond Atie, PLLC, we have helped clients appeal denied SSI and SSDI claims for more than a decade. We are dedicated to seeking justice on behalf of people in Madison Heights and throughout Michigan, and that shows in the many clients who recommend our services and the many successes we have achieved over the years.
We genuinely care about making a difference in our clients’ lives. It should be Call 248-544-4060 for a Consultation to learn how we can help you with your SSDI or SSI case.
Success In SSDI Benefit Cases Requires Proof
SSDI and SSI cases often turn on a few facts. You must be able to show that you have a medical condition that prevents you from working for at least one year or that is considered terminal.
When we bring an appeal before the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (Social Security court), we will gather evidence of your medical condition, providing the court with information about your treatment and all medications. Then, we will go to trial to defend your right to receive disability benefits.
